WebDoing a great job. Mum has numerous health concerns including major heart concerns, limited vision and a large hiatus hernia. Despite having had 3 extended hospital stays along with other shorter visits, she is still going strong after 8 years at BUPA Echuca and is now 92. WebHorrible experience. Heritage care are a hideous company to work for. They treat their staff poorly and management are even worse. The culture is unrelenting disgruntlement, staff are frustrated overworked and under paid. Management do not appreciate anyone and use people to suit their needs then dispose of them.
