WebI've been eating a low carb / high fat diet, and recently introduced Quest Bars. I've gone from having perfect skin to multiple acne breakouts since I started eating them (had my first one a week ago). Has anyone else had this problem? I'm wondering if it is the whey protein or the casein, or perhaps another ingredient.
